The reality is we're really in the toddler era for AI when it comes to marketing.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the progression from analytics to insights to action. So far, most of the applications seem to be focused on taking analytics and turning that into insights (our own solution Vidyard, included).

The next phase, the really powerful one, will be to turn those insights into action. In other words, not just knowing how to optimize content but having AI create it for you.
