The future of AI for marketers is personalization at scale. Marketers are already using AI to automate engagements with customers in a personal and conversational way, but we have only scratched the surface.

There are numerous benefits to adding bots to the marketing mix, like handling inbound requests, providing outstanding customer care, and delivering the right content or offer at the right time to acquire new customers.

Bots have advanced significantly and I predict this will only continue. In fact, many brands are already incorporating Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning-based retargeting into their bots.

Another way to provide personalization at scale is through virtual assistants. According to PwC, 31% of business executives believe “virtual personal assistants” will have the largest impact on their business — more than any other “AI-powered solution," and with good reason. Virtual assistants have the power to enrich the way people communicate and get things done by anticipating users' needs.

AI is definitely a huge part of the future of marketing, but there is so much businesses can already do today to automate customer experiences and use AI at scale.
