In the future, Artificial Intelligence will help marketers better deliver the right message to the right person at the right time. Meaning, AI will help determine a consumer's interests or pain points and craft a message that directly addresses them.

AI will be able to determine when a consumer is ready to purchase and at what time and day they'll be most likely read a marketing message. Marketers are already using AI in a big way — Just look at social media advertising.

AI tracks people's interests and then retargets them with messages based on their history of product and service preferences. We can only expect AI to become a more integral part of the industry as time goes on.
