Predictive analytics will be used in more packaged applications and be more-user friendly. As Gartner has noted, predictive models will become more embedded in business applications which we see manifesting in how our clients are thinking. Many of our clients are asking about predictive and as we see more adoption of predictive analytics, its application across the business evolves. Predictive has to tie into every aspect of how buyers engage with brands to provide value across the entire journey.
