Predictive analytics technology’s popularity has exploded over the past few years, and it’s only going to continue. In the next 3-5 years, it’ll be far more popular than we can imagine and have many more use cases than it does currently. Right now, it’s limited in use cases for relatively simple processes, but every day, people are coming up with increasingly innovative ways to use this technology.

Because of how quickly the technology is evolving and how much data companies are starting to store and analyze, we’re going to see it used with more complicated data to better understand the customer.

Soon, companies will be able to take all the data they are collecting to accurately predict churn, understand if opportunities are on track and to figure out who else would be a great customer.
