Businesses are collecting more customer data than ever, and that is going to continue to grow. The trick is turning that data into insight, building predictions, and taking action. Predictive analytics isn’t something new, but over the next 3 -5 years it will be exciting to see the way marketers begin to use the rising power of AI in conjunction with predictive analytic strategies to reach customers on a more personal level. For the first time, the possibility exists to create 1-to-1 targeted marketing at scale. This is good for businesses, but it’s good for customers as well.
